Avoid CARD like a plague. They are by far the worst provider I have ever come across. They lie like no tomorrow. They will lie about availability of services and time frames. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Sterling Virginia facility is the most unprofessional facility I have ever experienced...no organization for scheduling applicants nor students. The noticeably incompetent scheduler (Garrett), who is outsourced in California, misread the availability of the interviewer 3 times and misscheduled my interviews then the employees (Kristine and Kelly) very rudely blamed me, the applicant, for the mistakes.
