If I could rate zero stars, I would do that. We joined CARD after a neighbor recommended them. Shortly after completing the hours of paperwork and the 3-4 hour zoom intake appointment (with my child having to be taken out of school to attend), we were told our New Hampshire location was closing due to staffing issues and we may not have services after all. If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst run company. No transparency… bcba’s and behavior techs are NOT well trained. So much turnover. Best advice: call a better company.

As a parent of a child that goes to this center I am highly dissapointed. If I could give CARD no stars I would. They lack managment which led to all of the good therapists to quit. The regional manager and operations manager does not communicate with parents about any changes. I have emailed them several times inlcuding adding the clinical supervisor and regional manager who also helps on my childs case with no update or response about my child's treatment. Avoid this place at all costs.
