If you send your child here you will have to fight and advocate for them. The admin staff is horrible, the communication is abysmal. We’ve been denied services that were needed and covered by insurance. The admin staff decides if the scheduled session is “worth it” to the company. The incompetence of the supervisor caused a lapse in services because she failed to provide what the insurance needed in a timely manner. They do not care about the impact that their actions have on your child/ family. Run from this company.
