RecommendedAt some point I have talked and/or worked with all three doctors. They all make you feel comfortable and truly want to help. Today, Dr. Crockett was aware of my hearing concerns and the battery issues before I walked in. She offered suggestions to the battery issue even before we started the hearing test (a year follow up). Although I have been frustrated wiht a few things recently, I left the office feeling much better about things and the solutions.
Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was informative and very gracious. She was willing to give me options and work with my insurance company.
Owner is so great To her employees this is why They last a long time. I will retire from here❤️

My son (age 7) was referred here almost 8 months ago and was diagnosed with bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. I have so appreciated this team and all the doctors here. They have walked us through every step of the way and have been so patient in dealing with how emotionally hard his diagnosis was, very thorough in explaining his diagnosis and so helpful in dealing with insurance and the payment process. I cannot express how much I appreciate everyone in this office. What a great team and doctors!
