Horrible experience. I had been there five years ago so I decided to go back. They had me sitting there for an hour, watching everyone else go in, only to then tell me to fill out a form, wait another 10 minutes, call me back and tell me they need to go get my records from the basement, at which point I decided to just leave. I got a phone call 10 minutes later and had to drive back there because the receptionist never gave me my driver’s license back. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Go somewhere else.
I do not typically leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with your office compels me to share this feedback. Before I ever had the opportunity to visit your establishment, I encountered multiple issues with your front desk staff. When I initially called, I was told that I had reached the office while someone was in the middle of something and that I would receive a return call. That call was never returned. Buena atención, las chicas son super amables.
From the start, I’ve had a terrible experience with this place. They made me pay for a service (a patch test) upfront, which was very expensive. Turns out, after I spoke with a doctor, I didn’t even need to do the test; I could’ve just done bloodwork. So I get the test done, and I go in 2 days later to get the results. The doctor who gave me my results did not give me the correct patch number. Tried to scam me and my insurance. Refused to return my insurances phone call and tried to overcharge me $230 but my co-pay is $20. Said we are booking a difference doc. They called back an hour later and told me it would only cost me $30. Based on my experience I’d run the other direction.
