I called in to make an appointment for my 6 y.o. child and was informed that my account was placed on hold and nothing can be done due to a $5 balance. Neetu was extremely rude and insisted that I pay the amount before I can make an appointment, even when I said I will pay upon my arrival. I was unaware of this balance and I am not sure why I wasn’t charged during my last visit. This office obviously doesn’t care about their patients rather the money they’re bringing in. Hope it was worth losing a patient over $5.

Horrible experience. I had been there five years ago so I decided to go back. They had me sitting there for an hour, watching everyone else go in, only to then tell me to fill out a form, wait another 10 minutes, call me back and tell me they need to go get my records from the basement, at which point I decided to just leave. I got a phone call 10 minutes later and had to drive back there because the receptionist never gave me my driver’s license back. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Go somewhere else.

I do not typically leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with your office compels me to share this feedback. Before I ever had the opportunity to visit your establishment, I encountered multiple issues with your front desk staff. When I initially called, I was told that I had reached the office while someone was in the middle of something and that I would receive a return call. That call was never returned. From the start, I’ve had a terrible experience with this place. They made me pay for a service (a patch test) upfront, which was very expensive. Turns out, after I spoke with a doctor, I didn’t even need to do the test; I could’ve just done bloodwork. So I get the test done, and I go in 2 days later to get the results. The doctor who gave me my results did not give me the correct patch number.
