I have been going to this office for years and the staff is friendly and concerned about their patients
Never a good experiance. Understaffed and scream at you for asking normal patient questions. Very unprofessional with dozens of excuses. Update 2 years later: I found a new doctor that does $50 for a full year and has a direct line. I am so happy I left Center for Alternarive Medicine, saved hours of time waiting for call backs and cheaper....
For a simple cannabis Rx refill, you can leave messages, but they don’t bother to call back. It’s been 6 days this time and no call back. I’ve eventually left three messages despite their threat to “take longer” if you leave more than one. I have never heard of a medical office quite this inefficient/indifferent. Time to find another doctor.
Some of the best help I have ever received for my spinal injury. The staff and doctors make it blatantly obvious that they care for their patients. I wish Base would have referred me to them sooner.
