I had my surgery yesterday. I would like to mention Dana, who is very kind and cheerful nurse. Did my IV and prepped me for surgery. Made me feel like I am in good hands. All staff members were wonderful. Yes, some of them were more serious than others and you might have the repeated questions regarding your health records over and over again, but I much rather them double checking all info than skip it. Overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this surgery center!
I had surgery here 2 weeks ago and everything was great. I was very nervous and the nurse that did my iv was so sweet and very gentle. Recovery after was a bit rough but the nurse afterwards was good as well. Highly recommend.
Check in person was very very good. I'd say 2.5 not 2 stars The staff wasn't bad, but I wasn't impressed. The check in girls shouldn't just be the sweetest person to you .Having surgery in 2021 I need to be impressed. Would have given a higher score had I not just experienced Atlantic Surgery Center in Tuckerton recently who raised the bar. Atlantic were Aces 10. First time having a procedure, the staff was a little rude to me...for instance, the nurse repeatedly asked me personal questions Which I already answered,while looking at the paperwork! As if I lied about my age, etc.. Also all 4 staff members standing at bedside personal conversations,On their cellphones etc..didn’t make me feel comfortable.got stuck 3 times in order to insert the I.v.,the guy who said he was dr.A had me open mouth wide while he looked down my throat, stated “I can do more while you’re here” and if you don... read more
I have had two procedures done here with Dr. E. and I have been extremely pleased with the team! They have always been so kind, attentive and really seem to care about the patients! I would not hesitate to recommend this facility! Thanks to everyone who works there!
