This particular location is not one I would recommend, especially if you are a person of color. The staff are insensitive, dismissive, and fail to recognize the power dynamics that exist in healthcare. Walking in gives off more of a gang or cult-like atmosphere than a professional medical clinic. They play careless games with your medical records and your overall experience, making patients feel disrespected and dehumanized. I feel really lucky to have worked with Dr. Godiwala and Amanda. As a transman, it's a tough world to seek out care and feel validated, and both of them did that. Dr. Godiwala is an incredibly intelligent and compassionate doctor--whose skillset was reflective in my success even after years of being on T. Dr. Benediva and his team successfully removed the fibroids I was diagnosed with- helping me in my journey. The technicians are quite skilled in their job, I would have appreciated a bit more face to face time with the Dr. Altogether a pleasant experience and would recommend CARS.
Dr. Lynch, Megan and all the staff at CARS have been truly phenomenal and been so supportive during difficult such a journey. My husband and I are forever grateful.
