Dr Bentley is the worst. Beware.
Went for my first epidural injection, now I’m trying to schedule a second and I can’t get through. There system does not allow you to speak with someone. You are forced to leave a voicemail, and as of today I have left 3 voicemails over the course of a week trying to schedule an appointment with zero response. Dr. Sadiqi was great but the operating system at this establishment is horrible.
I went to this clinic for pain. Dr talked to me and appt was over. They took my copay and were in network. I received two more bills. This clinic just charges you money and does not care. For a visit that lasted 15 minutes and no procedures and or x rays were done. I'm totally disbelief lthat this clinic does this. I now have bills that are $ 600.00 plus and a facility fee on top of it. Be warned so not go to this place.

This is the worst facility!!!! Please be aware that they charge you twice for every visit. The Dr. literally just asked questions, didn’t do anything but see me for 10 minutes and gave me meds. Such a racket….and you wonder why we pay so much for health insurance. You get charged a facility fee to walk in the front door and then Dr.s office charges you for visit. No mention at all when you schedule that you get billed twice
