Doctor is amazing (5 stars), Nursing staff good (3.5 stars). Billing terrible (1 star or even less). They are dodging my phone calls and not reimbursing me (even though they said check will be in mail 1 month ago) for a endoscopy which my insurance company already paid 100% and no charge for me. I dont know what to do but basically they taking money 2 times for the same procedure. Hope they see this and contact me, because they have not answered my 4 emails and 2 voice mails
First colonoscopy...everyone on the staff made the experience as comfortable as could be. Ready for next one in three years!
Julie is a phenomenal Nurse. I had an upper endoscopy done on December 10 and she was my Nurse. She was kind professional personable, and an all-around great person as well as nurse. She called the following day to see how I was. She was very sympathetic to everything as well as thorough to everything from the moment that I stepped into the Surgery Center thank you so very much Julie for the care that you took of me I appreciate it 
Everyone was very professional, caring, and efficient
Doctors and PAs are great! Facility is clean. 3.5 stars because they have a problem they need to fix. My daughter and I both go there for different reasons. Every time we have gone (about 6 times total) they prescribe us needed meds. Not a single time has the prescriptions come through to our pharmacy (Publix). Every single time we have to call back and follow up over the next couple days to get the prescriptions sent.
