Even though my husband is the patient, I am also affected by the negligence, poor scheduling, and lack of empathy shown by this office. They make decisions without consulting you—especially regarding an insulin-dependent diabetic—leading me to conclude that they don't even check the medical history before calling to say a procedure has been moved to the next day, even after the patient has already followed the necessary pre-procedure diet and treatments. I have had a very frustrating experience with this office. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, and when you do, the staff and management are often rude and have an unprofessional attitude. I also had issues with my insurance billing. I was charged as if I had seen an out-of-network doctor, even though the provider was in network. They continue to bill my account incorrectly, and I have been unable to reach anyone to resolve the issue. On top of that, the surgical center is separate from the doctor's office... read more
Endoscopy done. Great staff, professional and friendly. Excellent doctor! Everything is explained in detail from the the start to the end. I recommend this place 100%. Great overall!
I cannot say enough good things about CFAGI. For the moment I walked in for my procedure, I felt welcomed, supported, and at ease. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nitza at the front desk.
