I was a patient for 17 years until the doctor (Dr W.) passed away. I tried to call and get the new doctor to provide a letter for the veterans administration based on my 17 year history and records. The new doctor refuses to do it even though it would take her literally 10 minutes. I guess she doesn’t care about veterans.. That type of lack of sensitivity and care about people would keep me from ever going to this place again.
