Terrible experience. James Gresh is a failure.
Disappointing experience, therapy staff is qualified and good but service and office staff are seemingly only interested in getting billing hours. They are extremely rude in their communications and it comes off as quite contradictory to their stated mission and goals as a queer centric mental health provider. Do not recommend.
I’ve really appreciated consulting with and working with CFT staff over the years! They have been helpful with getting peers of mine get the right support who are struggling while also helping with some amazing organizational programming regarding Asian mental health. Cant recommend them enough.
