I came in there today and met with the supervisor. His name was Ronnie. I told him my predicament. I just recently had my brakes replaced and tires rotated. I was concerned about my truck so since I work at Detrick, I went to the closest auto shop. I told him that it feels like something is loose (maybe even the tire itself) and I just wanted to make sure that I was going to make it home safe. Rich / Ben and the crew have taken such great care of us. Always very detailed when explaining repairs. I've been very impressed with the quotes that they have furnished as all are right on the dot or lower than a first diagnosis. We love having a reliable, trustworthy and speedy auto repair shop so close. Just up the road from Taneytown, these guys are great. They do solid work and are honest and fair....which is all I ask from a service center. The owner is a family man of great character and his employees reflect his solid leadership. I highly recommend these guys!!
I took my truck here do you have a simple backup light text after three times of them time to get in the shop they could still not figure out what was wrong with it and that's $166 and still did not repair it and told me that it was a transmission issue and I needed to replace a transmission I knew that this was not possible so I took it to a different mechanic and within three hours he had told me that the problem was these guys wired it wrong and ended up melting the wires that these guys put in ruining the back up switch ... read more
Awesome service, Very Respectful and always asked the customer their preference before just doing things with the tires. I highly recommend them for ANYONE looking for tires and great service
Absolutely amazing service and the most honest upfront people I've worked with. Hands down I would suggest this shop to everyone I know. Finally found a shop worth sticking with.
