rip off This establishment is a rip off from word go. They quoted me twice for different work that I had done elsewhere for more then half off. When I had the audacity to think I could have a simple inspection done it became a nightmare. I honestly think they look for things to fail you so as to make more service money. I could not reccomend this business in good conscience.
wonderful to work with The owner (I believe is named Frank), has always treated us well. He is fair and is well priced. We have never left his shop and felt unhappy. Would recommend to anyone.
More than a mechanic... I started using Center City Muffler when I first moved to Westfield because it was close to my home. I then developed a friendship with them and feel like they not only know my vehicles but know me as well. I was particularly impressed when the owner personally drove me home once.
Great place I have gone to Center City for years and I don't have any complaints. They have never over charged and have gotten the job done in a timely matter. The staff there is very friendly. I recommend them for your repairs.
dont go here I took a vehicle in there for a small task of bleeding the brake lines and partial exhaust work,( I could have done it in a day or two's work as its not that bad , however there were some reasons that disabled me to work on it ) It took them over 2 -1/2 weeks, and the price was redicoulously high( over priced by hundreds $). Also service is slightly bad. They do not return phone calls( or atleast one of the mechanics !, or anything helpfull such as that, just simply call you the day its done, with a price 2 time... read more
Great place We have been going to Center City for 20 plus years. We have never had a problem with the cost or quality of repairs. They are quick to repair, and will not tell you, you need something done if you don't. They are a great team and honest. I will never go anywhere else for repairs. If you need work done this is the place to go.
Auto Service I have used Center City for some custom exhaust work on my truck and was very happy with the work that was done . They are friendly and the cost was reasonable.
