Very professional, yet personable. Jordan was awesome she explained everything she was doing. Answered any questions I had. She showed me the patch of Basil cell cancer when I asked and the when we were done the treatments. I was at ease instantly the first session. I went in here with a mole on the back of my leg. I’ve had this mark since birth and they said they wanted to sample it. I told them it’s been checked before, but we can always check it again. This doctor took absolutely BOTCHED my leg. I left in pain with a rash formed fully around it. I called them saying I thought it was infected and they said that could just be pain from heeling. I had a poor experience at this clinic regarding my treatment plan with a PA-C When I expressed reasonable concerns about the side effects of a specific medication and preferred to discuss alternatives, she was rude and dismissed my concerns. Patients should feel safe and respected when discussing medication choices with their healthcare providers , but I left feeling completely unheard. This place has been a great help to my skin. The scripts they've given me works every time. I always see Michelle Compton, and she does a great job. Only downside is nobody ever answers the phone.
Dr. Hess and his assistant Claudia Are very thorough in their approach to annual skin check ups. I love their follow up and they make sure that we’re doing everything we can to detect skin cancer, etc.. This is a well run company with great doctors, nurses and Technicians! I highly recommend!
