I love Center Automotive. These guys are honest and hard working. I'll be honest and say I have never had them do any big projects on my car, but they have on friends and family's cars. They've done things for me like oil changes, tires etc. They are always priced more than fair and very serious about doing everything correctly. Just the other day I went in to buy some oil to top off my car. They insisted that they take it in and do it all for me! These guys do great work. Fair prices and service oriented to boot. For example, if you need a ride home or to work upon vehicle drop-off in the morning, they'll give you one free of charge. Highly recommend them. I recently had a good overall experience.
I would not go ANYWHERE ELSE. We totally love this place - they have seen us through a Honda Odyssey, a Honda Accord, and a hand-me-down Volvo. They are professional, courteous, and very honest. When our Odyssey was approaching the end of its life, they told us it was not worth repairing, and if they did repair it, it would likely not last more than 6 months. I have been continuously pleased with the phenomenal service I have received from Center Automotive! As someone with a career in the automotive service industry I have very high standards when it comes to the servicing of my vehicle and after one too many dealership horror stories Center Automotive is now the ONLY place that I trust my Volvo with! I was working in an area I am unfamiliar with. The brakes on my care were making noise so I asked the guys at work where was the best local place to go. They all said Center Automotive. I called and made an appointment. They called me with an estimate a few hours after I dropped the car off and I thought the price was very fair. One of my lugs had broken off also. After repeated bad service from the dealership, my neighbor referred me to Center Automotive. They are way cheaper, they know me and my service history, and they get the work done in the time they quote. I've seen bad reviews regarding electrical work, which I've never needed. Over the past three years, they've been great with routine maintenance (inspection, oil change, tire repair and rotation, etc) and with extensive work related to brakes, bearings, control arms, etc. on our 10+ year-old suv.
These guys are honest, accomodating, fair, and very talented. I plan on continuing to use them and appreciate their good woek.
