Takes them over a month to send documents to anyone who requests them and then when asked why they give a completely different answer from what they told the doctors office
Can you please help me. I have a real issue taking place. The place known as " the other" is gone. I met a really awesome woman and herself and I need to be back where we met. All over again. The care I received from this place was disappointing. Appointments felt rushed, my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and communication was poor. I often left feeling unheard and unsupported. I ultimately chose to seek care elsewhere because I didn’t feel well cared for. The clinic should address these issues so future patients receive competent, empathetic care.
