The care I received from this place was disappointing. Appointments felt rushed, my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and communication was poor. I often left feeling unheard and unsupported. I ultimately chose to seek care elsewhere because I didn’t feel well cared for. The clinic should address these issues so future patients receive competent, empathetic care.
Would give 0 stars Family member finally got the courage to get help, just to be canceled and rescheduled 12 times. She ended up giving up on getting the help she needs. This place is a joke
Won't listen to a word tou say. Always have to speak over you. Isn't that what they are there for? Literally the worst mental health place.
