By far the worst dental experience of my life! Dr. Orphanos couldn't even be bothered to discuss a treatment plan with me like Dr. Prusakowski had said he would. Instead he just sent his assistant in to have me sign for what he wanted to do. When asked if the doctor was coming to talk, the assistant said that she was told he had already done that. The entire staff was very friendly and nice. Dr. P was very honest with me and advised that he would be unable to retreat my tooth and it was not salvageable. Would definitely recommend this place.
Such a poor and upsetting place to work for. I worked there for only 4 months and I got fired because of “personality” and “drama”. When in reality it’s the manager and the “PRD” who create it all and the doctor is dumb enough to believe them since “they worked there longer than I did” lol. I can’t even begin to express how much I love this office, and my experience with Dr. Prusakowski and staff. Not only is Dr.P extremely knowledgeable, but he’s also very personable and goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort during any procedure or visit. I have extreme dental anxiety and he took every measure to make my experience pleasant! Thank you Dr.P! I will never go anywhere else!
