I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism I received here from Dr. Hyzy. He was very upbeat and positive when we started. I took each step I was told was necessary to move forward in the program. After having the fluid drained from my knees and the cortizone like shots put in, we were to have a phone conversation to follow-up and see how things had progressed. This is my third procedure with Centeno-Schultz Clinic and Dr. Hyzy. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Hyzy and his diagnose, explanation, follow-up and availability for follow-up questions. The staff Kelly, Valerie and Megan are upbeat positive and enjoyable to interact with during the procedure. Best of all- The PRP injections work for sciatica, knee pain and I expect now with my neck pain!!
I'm in the early stages, but so far Dr. Hyzy has already been way more helpful than many other regular doctors. I have multiple orthopedic issues and the doctors are mostly shrugging their shoulders. The MRIs are somewhat clean, but for some reason not many people do ultrasounds. The ultrasounds that Dr. Hyzy did showed some issues that didn't pop up on the MRIs and were consistent with my symptoms. Receiving PRP treatment from Dr. Hyzy at the Centeno Schultz Clinic has quite literally been a life changing experience. I had suffered from Plantar Fasciitis and a bone spur for about a year and a half before I found the clinic. I felt daily pain and lost the ability to enjoy hiking and other activities. The main reason I am using this clinic is to get better while avoiding surgery. There is a good chance, that their therapy can heal my problems (3) without surgery. One is definitely better, the other two seem to be improving. While their success rate is not perfect, neither is the surgery route. So this seems like the obvious choice to begin with.
