9AM in the morning & got woken up by their cleaner who is just a resident sweeping the halls so close to the door.
I had to use my burner email to write this review…but they are very money hungry adding random fees/extra fees. Management will continuously text/call you all day specifically Davis. I have a unit with a balcony & it’s just not worth the price. No parking space AT all. I give it a 3/10 just based off Management calling & texting you all the time about things that can be emailed or honestly wait.
do not move here!!! The property managers are very annoying and unprofessional. They do not Stick to the word & the units are completely overpriced… And the kitchen is small. Someone’s car got broken into and things get stolen off of the porch. Again, completely overpriced! A lot of my neighbors are just waiting for their lease to be up…Can find something way better and less annoying for the price of this and what you go through here. I have lived here , I’m just under a different email….0/10.
I’ve been a current resident for going on 3 months now and I’m currently 9 months pregnant. Everything has been lovely so far except for a current incident that I feel needs to be addressed. Someone broke into my car a few nights ago, I don’t believe this is a normal occurrence and luckily nothing was stolen but I always park in the front of the building just in case. It was ok for the first few years until these last two years where the water is turned off every other week. We were only given half the notifications we needed to be warned about any issues and seemed issues never resolved... I have no desire to be contacted nor to be offered contact in regards to these issues. I am over it.
