This move came at a very chaotic time for my daughter and I. Pam was wonderful and helping us accommodate our delayed move in date was much appreciated. I would say there is a lot of paperwork involved in the beginning, but that just reassured me that they care about their property, and their tenants. All rules and expectations were spelled out which takes a lot of guesswork out what is allowed. On our move in day it was raining slush and there was fresh snow. Pam is amazing and communicates everything which i really loved every one is really nice and professional we are so happy to call this home and raise our babies here
We lived here for nearly two years and had no major complaints. Our baby and our pup were very happy here! Rent does go up every year, even for prior tenants.
Just moved here about 1 month ago. Pam was wonderful and very friendly. She made the move very quick and easy. I love the neighborhood, very quiet.
