OMG this is the absolute best shop anywhere. The staff is knowledgeable. Each person is beyond willing to go the extra mile to assure maximum customer satisfaction. This is my favorite place I have experienced. I love all of the samples in good quality pens. They are always willing to go above and beyond. What a great group of people you employ.
I used to shop here. I won't be back. I received a text for 50% off juice. And then when they were ringing me up, did not apply the 50% because I bought 120ml bottle. The text said nothing about sizes. I cashed out my $500 in reward points for $60 of store credit and picked up some batteries. I will not be back. I don't understand business that would rather lose a long time customer than honor their own promos.
I've shopped at this store a couple times now. I'm relatively new to vaping and the staff was very helpful with determining what would work best for me. I'm very happy with the products I have gotten from them so far. They even showed me how to assemble and maintain my device.They even threw in some free juice for my first purchase so I could try out a different nicotine level to determine what would work best for me.
I love LOVE this shop. Friendly customer service and the employees definitely know their stuff. House juice is amazing and the price rocks too!! Would recommend this place to anyone anytime
