A lot of violence, drugs, and shootings here. The staff will ignore you and try to auto renew your lease even if you aren't living there anymore
I love living here it's quiet and peaceful the staff is wonderful to me they fix whatever you report. The rent is reasonable. If you coming getting loud and keeping up trouble they will call the police. But I love it here.
Had such a terrible experience with them I had to cancel my move-in there. I was told our move in date would be “the 1st to the 10th” and we would receive no proration—even if we moved in on the 10th. 10th rolls around and they call me to let me know my unit was not going to be available thanks to “a problem with the door”. Tried moving into an apartment, black mold under sicks and smokers in apartment. Another company told about already mentioned issues for health hazard to be deemed. Breach of lease contract, no aid on another place to stay. This place is a joke and not worth the headache, sleeping at the homeless shelter yields better results.
Management is absolutely horrendous. If you have any type of emergency maintenance issue you have to call an out of state number and talk with a random representative that knows absolutely nothing. Management refused to send out maintenance earlier when they were open so now we are without a toilet for who knows how long. DO BETTER CENTENNIAL VALLEY. Horrendous to treat your tenants like this.
