I had surgery before and that surgeon was nice but his entire office staff were snobby women who didn't really want to be there. Dr Baxter and her entire staff were very reassuring and helpful. I got a little nervous and I tend to babble. The two sweet young ladies, that were helping me set everything up after I saw the Dr, just smiled and chatted for a few minutes. No rushing me out. Everyone is this office was so pleasant and informative. Never felt rushed. Everyone took so much time to explain things and answered all my questions - highly recommend!
Dr. Baxter, Dr. Ventola, Wally, & Rose, & every nurse, registration.. Overall Centennial as a whole, treated me with the utmost care, & respect. There was an hour delay on having my surgery, but I was frequently upddated on the who, what, & why, of what was happening.. I experienced great service by my whole team!!
