Our unit was broken into twice over the course of two years. Second time one of the staff admitted to having had "mistakenly" helped load. It was very fishy. Between both cases, lost about $40-$45,000 worth of equipment. Both times, management just had a "sucks to be you" attitude. Wish we had moved out sooner.
I have used this storage facility a few times. We had sold our house in September of 2023 and needed storage ASAP. I was still in the hospital recovering from an amputation and really was no use to my husband with moving our belongings. They made our experience easy as usual. We kept the unit for a few months since we had moved back to Hawaii and the office staff are very personable and was always a joy to talk to. Great friendly people on site security 24 hours a day I would store mys Stuff here for a long time with great ease and comfort knowing it's safe.
They were so awesome when I was in a tight jam and they had a storage unit for me at a reasonable price cheaper than all the rest! You got you guys are wonderful! Thank you so much I appreciate you!
