5 Star Managed Property I literally looked into nominating Andrew and his team to a property management of the year award because I had such a fantastic experience, but I missed my deadline. Savannah, Bria, and the entire maintenance staff is also incredible. They are professional, prompt, caring, and bend over backwards to ensure the tenants are having a great experience. You Will Love Living Here I've lived here for a year and a half. Andrew, Bria, and Savannah are the absolute BEST property managers. They consistently operate with integrity, friendliness, professionalism, reliability, and efficiency. Brian, Michael and the rest of the maintenance team are top-notch. You will pay a bit more at this apartment complex, but I consider it well worth the money. Peace The community all around is beautiful, really good for walking and there's something calm and peaceful about the atmosphere. Office staff are very genuine, and helpful. The maintenance workers are very polite and knowledgeable too. Overall a refreshing experience, glad to call Centennial home.
I love my apartment! One year update. This is a very attractive complex, nice landscaping, well cared for, and with all the amenities. My two-bedroom apartment is spacious and full of light from all the windows (with blinds), and comes with a private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and well laid out, while the bathrooms are roomy and attractive. Great apartment with convenient features, and great management I have been living here for almost a year and my experiences are nothing but positive. I moved from NY with very tight schedule (1 week to find an apartment and move at the end of June which is very busy season). Centennial Station The apartment complex itself is beautiful and provides tons of amenities including a pool, fitness center, car wash, basketball court and more. The apartment is spacious and there are many upgradeable features offered. You can choose to have an accent wall added, rent a washer and dryer for use in your apartment if you do not own one and don't want to use the laundry mat and upgrade to stainless steal appliances. Great Place to Live, Private Setting! I love living at Centennial! Very classy, professional community, and close to EVERYTHING. I love the private dog park, the 24 hr fitness center looking out over the pool (reminds me of a resort), and the staff has always been great. There are lots of communities nearby, but I chose Centennial because it was the only one that felt quiet, private, and fun at the same time. They also don't charge any hidden fees, or require internet/cable packages. I would recommend to anyone!
