I've lived here 3 months now and quite like it. I will give the downsides first. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbours do and vice versa. The kitchen looks good but the one wall outlets are inadequate. If I plug my microwave into the only outlet, I have reduced my counter space to two feet. I have to run an extension cord into the laundry room and am worried about its safety. The positives are that I have very good neighbours who live regular hours. The location is A!. Wouldn’t recommend boardwalk. Was given false prices for a place I didn’t even want. Showed me an apartment with dishwasher kitchen island and everything. I signed papers for one with a 1squared foot kitchen and no dishwasher or any of the stuff that was promised to me. They never told me so i thought that’s what I was signing up on. Now my parking lot is closed off for some paving and I had no notice.
