We purchased a new Keystone Outback 261UBH. We initially left high reviews after having hitch issues which they helped us fix. But once the unit started having issues they have been difficult to reach. They would not go to bat for us with the manufacturer. We had to contact Keystone directly. At the end of last year they made repairs and those repairs did not hold. Now, despite still being under warranty when I contacted them and having purchased the extended warranty they simply don't return calls or emails
