Centennial Properties takes the cake when it comes to doing business in a very unethical way. Actually they take about 75% of your cake i.e. security deposit and use their in house maintenance company Toro to justify doing just that. False and unlawful allegations of damage to the apartment so that money stays "in the family" is CP's MO. I cannot stress enough people. Stay away from this company at all costs.
