Nurses and Dr. Mclendon are always informative and nice. I have no complaints and they always give me their time regardless of how big or little my concerns are. They always do great with my girls and truly make everything as comfortable for them and myself given the fact we are in a doctors office.
I have been bringing my children to this pediatric office for some time, and until now, I have always had positive experiences. We absolutely love Dr. Crow and have always felt that our children received great care. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with Nurse Denise Reyes was very disappointing. I brought my sick children to this site expecting visit with physician.I was given choice to see NP, Ashley and it was not a good experience. She was not respectful and caring to kids. She was loud and mean to them. Examined them forcefully rather than with tender care. Did not believe that kids had fever. Did not believe any symptoms reported by parents.
