Checking out lady is rude and impolite. When I was checking off she told me she's on phone so I wait layer patiently, then she asked me what is my other kids birthday while I think she was talking to phone because she was on her headpiece so I didn't answer. Then she blow her hair and rolled her eyes on me. I don't want to come to here. A checkout lady need to announce she is done on her phone call and not rolling her eyes on patiently waiting patient.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this pediatric office. It is hands down one of the most efficient, friendly, respectful, and professional places we’ve ever experienced.
