Been living here for 3.5 years, on low income.....management doesn't care, there is dog feces everywhere, management will not answer the phone or respond to emails when it comes to a question or concern, only when you're agreeing to them. There are some decent neighbors here, but there is also some who act like they run the place and are above others, I have found "pantry" bugs in my kitchen when I first moved in and the so called vents on the window keep creating mold. We really enjoyed living here. If you have kids and a family, it's a great place for built in kid friends for them and a playground. Management was kind, friendly and professional. And the grounds are clean and pet friendly. Would rent here again.
My husband and I lived here for nearly 3 years and really liked it. Mikhal, the property manager, is lovely and always helpful. All of the staff is friendly and kind. Any issues regarding the parking were resolved within a few months of us moving in and we have never had trouble since the parking lot was put in. We only moved to be closer to work, and would happily move back if we need to be in Arlington again. The gym is also one of the best I’ve ever seen for an apartment complex!
