Honestly. First moving in here things went well, it was my first apartment I’ve ever rented I enjoyed how nice this apartment is. BUT over time this place is very not a place u feel at “home” in, first off the dog poop all over the buildings is very disgusting the dog fee is 500$.. insane yet they can’t use all the money they have to hire people to clean up the dog poop? The complex should consider using the non-refundable pet deposits to hire someone to clean up all the dog poop. I alone paid $1000. The poop EVERYWHERE was a huge issue and seems to be ongoing. It made the living conditions less than when the smell was wafting into my door especially during the warm days.

The really nice apartment Bev cathedral ceilings are like 24 different layout to pick from my thing is you got the train in a lot of traffic coming down the hill so that everything seems to be great. Maintenance is really good and so are the managers they always get right back to you.
