These comments on tenant's posts and the blatant disregard for their needs not being met are very real and concerning. I've been here for a year and have been living this. From the negative comments you've already probably read from tenants' unresolved issues and the undue stress this place puts them through, the retorts from the owner of Williams Investments alone pretty much say it all.
