I have heard from many this is felony flats, sadly Id heard also the best way to act IF? One moves in? DONT COMPLAIN and I hear about anything? many neighbors wont complain . even with Loud noise and I am sorry even if ? One needs to be in bed early? NO Complaining ! But if your are one who wont complain Id say a good fit for you!
I just wrote a long review, but it didn't post so I will make this quick. These apts are OKAY, but the politics are horrible with the managers favorite long term tennants and newbies. Also, everything here is ghetto rigged and falls apart all the time. I wouldn't recomend living here, unless you're hardly ever home. Price is good, quality is not. You're better off looking at the apts across the street. They're MUCH nicer, and have a lot more to offer for only a little higher rent. Also, there is no Gym here. So if you found ... read more
