We were referred to Dr Peter Lee by our dentist in Barrie, ON when we moved to the area. Our son needed both of his bottom wisdom teeth removed, one of which was impacted. The staff were so helpful with arranging his appointment efficiently during the summer while he is on break from University. The entire experience went incredibly smoothly - we cannot thank Dr Lee or the staff at Centennial enough for the wonderful care they showed us. Ratkowski is a danger to his patients. It's been a year since I had my surgery and the numbness in my lip and jaw hasn't subsided. Reviews are all over the place about this guy permanently damaging the people he works on. When It became infected and I had to go back to get the lump in my face drained out, and he drained it while I was still awake. The way he jammed the numbing agent into my jaw, and then the way he cut into my mouth to drain it was actually violating. I remember spitting blood into the sink afterwards feelin... read more
Dr. Lee did a great job with my wisdom teeth removal, I had little pain afterwards and was virtually pain free about four days later. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional.
Dr Ratkowski was awful, and the receptionist was pretty rude too. The other doctors are good, just avoid Ratkowski.
