The absolutely WORST doctor AND front office staff! TRIPLE check, I repeat TRIPLE check your bills from this office! They charge your deductible for everything EVEN IF your insurance covers 100%!! The girl in the front office is EXTREMELY rude as well! I would NOT recommend this office to ANYONE!
Customer service is outstanding! Dr. Lopez and his staff make you feel comfortable and take the time to listen to your needs. Professionalism, fast service and a caring attitude are all part of this practice!
The staff is amazing. Very profesional and nice. Dr. Benitez is awesome. Answers all doubts and questions. Takes the time necessary with each patient. I would definitely recommend him.
My sister Sandra had always insisted that I make an appointment with Dr. Lopez-Benitez; until now I understand the reason why. The whole visit is full of professionalism and courteous service, from the front office staff all the way to the doctor. They really value and honor your time. I will definitely recommend their services.
