We are never disappointed when we visit FirstCall. We’ve been to this location for everything from the flu to stitches. The team is always so kind and professional. This is our go-to urgent care!
Services was excellent.
The wait was minimal, they were very caring and knowledgeable, and I had a diagnosis and treatment plan with the hour. Everyone was great, from the receptionist to the medical aids and the provider.
Top notch!
My son waited over two hours for an xray on his thumb, only too be told at the over two hour mark that the xray was not available. "Oh they should have told you when you got here." How does someone make that mistake?
