Just closed before their stated hours for an employee meeting. Turned away a sick child before their stated hours. Such meetings should be after their patient hours. Thanks
The front desk staff at the Maple Lawn location are by far the worst, unprofessional, non caring, loud, and rudest peopleI have ever seen. I will never go back here again nor recommend anyone to go here for medical attention.
Waited 40 minutes to be told 3 other patients in front of me even though there was no one in the waiting room when I came in. They are having a telephone call for me to talk to someone from somewhere else even though i am sitting in a patient room.
I waited over an HR for a 2min service and only reason they called me back is because I started asking questions go elsewhere just don’t go here unless you want to kill alot of time then he tried to tell me I was done and good to go without allowing me watch him seal my test with the strips and shipping bag smh
