Fixed my knuckle up real quick, great service
Terrible location. Came in for a simple pre-employment screen (urinalysis) at 0800hrs and waited for over an hour. Go to Labcorp!
I’ll start with the positive. Office staff were very nice but that’s where the praise ends. I walked in and the office was empty. I thought that maybe I could get in and out quickly since I was only there for a bad cough. I was there for almost 3 hours! After sitting in the office for 2 hours I was told the practitioner was tied up in another room and we could do a virtual call. Got double charged for a separate first time fee and X-ray fee. Typical copay everywhere I’ve ever been covers all of that except for this place. I can overlook that. I can’t overlook the fact that I specifically requested certain blood work be done, they agreed, took extra blood, put the request in and confirmed it with me. Told me to wait for results——and I call back and see that they have no record of any requests. Said I could always come back and have more blood drawn.
