Its almost impossible to get through to your Dr. On hold for more than 2 hrs total. 4 times they hung up on me. Pharmacy sends in renewal on prescriptions and they hear nothing back. The comfort and trust i have in seeing my doctor is gone. Its a business now. Does not feel comfortable going to the center. Reception does not listen when you finally get ahold of them.
I miss the old days when Bev would actually answer the phone or return a message! This new system is TERRIBLE!! No matter how many times you try you can’t get through! You’d have an easier time getting Taylor Swift tickets lol … ANSWER THE PHONE!!
cannot even phone the place. Tried about seven times: got through twice; was sent to emergency twice; other negative experiences (e.g. call got hung up) 3 times. In one case that I got through the recommendation was that I follow the web site. Of course no web site was suggested and none seems to be available...
Current long time patient. Hard to get in contact with on most days, missed prescription requests without contact and little to no flexibility for it's patients.
