The staff and doctors were vey kind and patient. They did their job in a very professional manner. We even had a few laughs. Barb Morgan
Although Dr. Lobo takes good care of her patients, I find the way they conduct business to be difficult. They only answer phone calls within short timeframes and their phone system doesn’t allow you to leave voicemails after hours. They also do not accept any communication via email, which can make it hard to book appointments. don’t use this as your family doctor. they don’t have care for their patients at all, treat them rudely and harshly, and overall made my experience there a living hell. hate the doctor, they’re dishonest and biased.
it was shocking to grow up thinking "doctor" meant something. as an adult going to centennial medical centre, ive learnt that "doctor" means little to nothing. they are totally incompetent idiots. it would be laughable if it didnt affect my health and wellbeing. truly insane how these people act. its like they didnt graduate grade 9 let alone post secondary.
