Re: Blaine Ostronic I’m a condo owner at Haven at the Wilderness. My neighbor and I have interior water damage caused by a defective roof. It’s my understanding this was part of a class action suit that had been settled in favor of condo owners. Supposedly the roof had been corrected some months ago. These interior damages have been recognized as the responsibility of CMC to coordinate for repairs per Blaine Ostronic. I’ve reached out to her multiple times and she can’t seem to get this resolved.
