Re: Blaine Ostronic I’m a condo owner at Haven at the Wilderness. My neighbor and I have interior water damage caused by a defective roof. It’s my understanding this was part of a class action suit that had been settled in favor of condo owners. Supposedly the roof had been corrected some months ago.
