Due to an urgent water damage situation that was caused by the ice storm in January, I contacted Chris Gripe at Centennial Management. He and his staff immediately sent people to help keep the damage from getting worse, and also referred us to some great companies to help restore our property. Not only was he very quick to respond to the situation, but he went above and beyond to help us. I really appreciate Chris and his group at Centennial Management; they helped us keep a bad situation from getting worse.

If negative zero stars were possible I would give it. Absolutely the worst management company ever. Not responsive to homeowners requests, does not give adequate notice or follow legal guidelines when sending out dues increase letters or special assessment fees, and is not cooperative or helpful, and hires the worst contractors for jobs that need done. Slight delay in action to approve adding a Sun Room on to our house but all is good!!! The committee runs a tight ship but efficient!
Trevor does not (never) answer phone calls and sometimes he answers an e-mail with an answer that is totally irrelevent to your question and sometimes it just takes a yes or no and he makes excuses.
