Never live there but use to visit someone.
I have lived here 3 yrs. Yes there was issues wit mice n rugs . They closed the Trash room and put all new rugs in . I haven't seen 1 mouse in over a year . Never have I seen a bed bug or Cockroach. We have a new mngr that is staying . She made good changes . Also a new employee who has drawing classes , coffee ,etc she is the liaison for tenants n management. Also this isn't a place for drugs . You have Concord river n nice trail for walking pets or bikes. We hv a landscaping company n a tenant garden . I love it here
