Service department is incompetent.
If I could give this place no stars... I would. We have taken our car there, now a total of six times to fix issues that they've actually caused. They broke parts replacing the transmission. They swore nothing was wrong with the coolant system... now our car sits undriveable, with a massive leak in the coolant hose. The last time we went to pick the car up "repaired"... we only made it ten miles when the entire electrical system just died. Now... we live over 90min away in Panama City.
