Wonderful caring doctors and nurses!
Nurses are extra attentive and available. They all have been warm and friendly both to my dad and to his visitors. They are knowledgeable and eager to answer all our questions. The rooms in the icu have glass front walls, but feel like regular rooms in every other way. His regular room is like a large hotel room. The view out the window looks like that of Opryland Hotel. This the absolutely best experience I have had at a care facility. The ease of check in was great, the professionalism of the people checking me and the warm greeting received once walking in the testing facility is unparalleled. I took my mother there for a consult with Dr. Wheatley. The moment we walked in everyone was so kind and friendly and Dr. Wheatley was so kind and caring and helpful. I've been in many doctors offices myself and with my parents over the years and I can honestly say this was one of the top best experiences I've ever had.
