I ordered a large bouquet of flowers via 1-800 Flowers and Centennial Flowers was contracted to make the bouquet. The bouquet that was delivered was a small arrangement, pedals falling off, ribbon hanging down on the vase. The arrangement was taken back to the store to be fixed and Vicky (store employee) got upset and made my Sister leave the store without fixing the arrangement.
