Wonderful place with the kindest staff! Every person there is amazing! Dawn was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire visit. She was so patient with me as I tried on just about every pair of glasses until finding the perfect ones. Dr. Meyers is so nice too! 10/10 recommend!
This was my first ever eye exam so going in, naturally, I was nervous but excited to finally see what’s going on with my vision! The check in receptionist, the girl that assisted with my eye exam and Dr. Batchelor were all super nice! I got a couple different things done being that it was my first time and they both explained everything that they were going to do! Loved how thorough it was! 10/10 experience and would recommend this place to my family/friends!
I have visited this place since 2017, and the Service is always excellent. Dawn is one of my favorite employees. There is also two more employees that has helped me before Brenda and I think the other one is Leslie. The quality of the frames and lenses is impeccable. I honestly prefer ordering my Glasses with Centennial Family Eye Care at Durango than Costco. Thank you. Happy Hollidays.
Let me start by saying that I have wore glasses my entire life. I used New Optical outlook for the past 15 years but they are no longer in business. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. From start to finish they have made mistake after mistake. I have waited over a month the first coupe of transactions with this company to receive my glasses. The last transaction they have messed up by entire lens. I had a great experience with my eye doctor, Dr. C. My doctor took the time ro explain clearly the results of my eye exam. The clinic was clean, modern and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as I walked in to the clinic. Mr. Josh was a great help in choosing for my eye glasses. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. C if you are looking for an eye doctor.
