I went here simply for the convenience of it being near my house because it was recommended my 6 year old see an eye doctor and ended up finding the nicest facility I've ever been too. The staff was extremely friendly, and extra kind to my son. Everyone explained to him what they were going to do before they did it, which really helps relieve his anxiety. Highly recommend for kids or adults!
From when I walked in the office, the staff was polite, engaging, helpful, pleasant & very professional. With my pre-eye exams I was comfortable & I was informed thru the four machines that assist in my pre doctor care. She was very professional. And I shared that with Dr. Wang. He, Dr. Wang is a fantastic eye Doctor as well as a fantastic humanbeing. The Technician who handled my getting glasses was a Amazing as well. I tried a new location for my family to get our eyes checked. Yesterday was my daughter’s first visit. Scheduling was easy we don’t have vision insurance anymore so I priced it before going. But when we got there and I gave our health card and they found coverage for my teen which was great. The exam with the doctor went well. We got new contacts for me teen and our bill was just for the contacts and we got a rebate. Everyone was so friendly. I totally recommend them ☺️
Had a good first visit. The people are very nice. My problem came about when I decided to exchange my lenses. I received a call that they were ready, so I called back and it was a week before they could fit me in. I went to the office and dropped off my glasses and left on my appointment date. Next thing I know they text me that one of the lenses was scratched and they couldn’t replace them. Let me start by saying that I have wore glasses my entire life. I used New Optical outlook for the past 15 years but they are no longer in business. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. From start to finish they have made mistake after mistake. I have waited over a month the first coupe of transactions with this company to receive my glasses. The last transaction they have messed up by entire lens.
