I scheduled an appointment online and received an email confirmation of the appointment with the name of the person who would be doing my consultation. The day before the appointment, I received another email reminding me of the appointment the next day. The day and time of the appointment arrived, but no one showed up for my consultation. After waiting 30min I called the number from the email and from the website. No one answered. I waited 15min longer and called back and left a message. Woke up to water coming in from somewhere on the roof. Called Centennial Exteriors and spoke to owner Lou; he came out to assess and then had his team come out and repair. Lou and his team were very responsive and professional. The quality and the value for the service was exceptional. Highly recommended!
