Our HOA recently switched to this management group and things have not been going well. We've been ghosted on key HOA meetings, ARC requests stagnate and do not get addressed for multiple weeks, and payment system is archaic. Stay away from this company!
Terrible service, my lawn is dying and all I get is excuses. If our water system is this flakey it should have been maintained better.
