Dave and Centennial Choice are terrific to work with. He's responsive to any and all maintenance issues, proactive with home improvements, and was always reasonable with my and my roommates' requests. Put simply, Dave took care of the house we rented as if he lived there himself. I would continue being his tenant if I weren't looking to scale down my living situation. Definitely consider renting from Centennial Choice and working with Dave, especially before you look at any apartment complexes in Denver!
