We need to open another company bank acct for processing of a particular card services that we're told is offered by Centennial, (maybe, and among others). I asked a teller if I could talk with somebody about a corporate account. She was turned in the other direction and responded something like, "Busy. Nobody available to help you." Decent little bank. I have had a small business account here for many years, with little to no issues. What makes them better than all the others ? You can still get actual customer service, and there's very little fees (the opposite of most modern banks) My only grief I have is their lack of willing to extend business loans to the majority of the tradesmen who have accounts there - for reasons I can't figure out.
Hands down the best bank ever! Every staff member is amazing! Thank you Sydney, Desiree, Yady, Latonja, and Michelle for always being the nicest, helpful, supportive and always providing the best customer service everyday. Forever thankful that I bank with centennial!
