Simply put their ATM is down 90% of the time, an if their not open you can’t get your money if need be . On top of that if you don’t have a car you can’t get across town to use theATM at branches that’s do,Another reason not to use this branch as a whole.
If you work a demanding job and don’t have any time other than breaks to address problems, give up talking to anyone. I sat on hold for 40 minutes, thankfully my boss was ok with it, but he was happy about the length of time I was on break.
