This place was awful. The lady at the window named Caroline was very rude and even though I had signed a check over to my mom she refused to cash it. She lied and said that signing a check over wasn’t a rule since the 80’s when we have multiple resources and even third party sources say that you can sign a check over and the other person can cash it or deposit it. I will never go to a check here or bank in this branch ever again! They are very rude!
I just sat in the lobby of your bank for over 20 minutes asking to open a new checking and savings account. I was told to take a seat, with several people behind the counter and every window closed but one. Not a good way to start a new relationship. I left and going to a different bank entirely.
