I went to this branch because I needed quarters and brought cash to exchange for them. I was told they could not provide quarters since I am not a customer. I understand that this may be their policy and I respect their rules, but I was disappointed. This experience has influenced my decision not to consider this bank for future banking needs.
They were extremely friendly and helpful... pretty smiles everywhere.
Slowest bank you will ever find. Simple deposits take 30 minutes in the drive thru.
Worst branch manager
Absolutely by far the worst Job experience I've had. Management is messy. And chain of command refuse to do anything about it. The tellers there Absolutely nice and respectful. But considering how that branch is ran. No wonder they can never keep workers. The Branch Manager abuses power and literally petty about the smallest things.
