Bank teller are so rude and disrespectful
There is no customer service via phone to speak of. I was on hold for more than an hour in an effort to get directions and the EXACT location of this branch to no avail. TODAY THE SERVICE FROM CENTENNIAL BANK JUST SUCKED, WAS TERRIBLE, BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED ANY HELP. IN FACT I GOT LOST TRYING TO FIND THIS LOCATION. MAJOR FAIL, CENTENNIAL BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU GET ZERO STARS. I GAVE ONE STAR, OTHERWISE I AM NOT ALLOWED TO POST THIS REVIEW!

I absolutely love this location and the ladies of this branch. They are always pleasantly delightful and they make me feel like I'm a valued customer. I live in Brant, Arkansas where there is a branch 2 minutes from my house but, a majority of the time, I wait until I'm in N. Littlr Rock to handle any of my banking business because of the way they treat the customers at this branch. Keep up the good work!!!!
